Guide bushings enable the drill bit to be centered on internally broken and protruding threaded bolts.
Even threaded bolts that are flush with the surface can be pre-drilled using a punch.
For internally threaded bolts, the guide sleeves are inserted into the existing hole, pre-drilled and then drilled out accordingly if necessary.
For externally threaded bolts, the guide sleeves are placed on the existing threaded bolt, pre-drilled and then drilled out accordingly if necessary.
For flush-broken threaded bolts, the centering is created using a punch (not included in delivery), pre-drilled and then drilled out accordingly if necessary.
The corresponding extraction bolt is driven into the drilled out threaded bolt.
By placing the extraction nut on the previously driven extraction bolt, the threaded bolt can now be easily unscrewed.
