We are looking for a developer to build 4 units instead of our first floor Maisonette. Plot size is approximately 6mtrs x 30mtrs. Its a very nice plot size located in Tarxien in a 4 + 1 area.

Developer will have to take care of all expenses involved, including planning permits, planning applications, architects, plans, insurance, finishing and any other expenses involved during the construction process. Project must be completed within a maximum period of 2 years and alternate accommodation must be provided for the duration of the project. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a daily fine.

Payment will be done in exchange for one of the apartments.
