I am looking for a property to rent for long term, with either a Guesthouse licence (or similar) or if not at hand, the possibility to apply for it.

The ideal place should have 5 to 6 bedrooms with bathrooms. It is not necessary but pool or garden would be a plus. Any location welcome, and ideally direct from owner.
