This is a very rare opportunity to acquire a unique piece related to the Cultivation of Land . One needs to keep in mind that Ximez de Texada holded his position as a grandmaster of Malta from from 1773 to 1775 making this document very rare. While reading you may notice a beautiful maltese cross water mark . An embossed seal of the grandmaster is found in the last page. Document starts with a 1772 transcribe.
