The space is available to service a maximum of three desks and the office can be used exclusively by the person renting it for a maximum of 35 hours per week or for a lessor scheduled programme. Rent can also be agreed for use of one desk. The owner will retain the use of the remaining time schedule for his own personal needs.

The owner is at the stage of being furnished. The owner seeks to team up with the right person looking for office space to practice his/her profession at a reasonable rate. The rate will be agreed according to the specific requirements of the lease sought by the prospective lessee.
