This is a fantastic military collectible, a rare "W.C.C." (Waltham Clock Company) military issue wrist compass, that only so many of these were made and used, all original and authentic.
This compass is from the 1960's, some were issued late in the Vietnam war, this was one of only a few thousand made and issued for that period.
This compass is a military variant of many different military compasses made.
These were used by SF, SOG, LRRP, Ranger and SEAL units.
The compass is made and signed "W.C.C." (Waltham Clock Company) and is of brass case painted olive drab, attached to a heavy-duty nylon OD wristband strap with brass latch, which strap is removable.
Strap and compass is army green in color, it is air filled, glow-in-the-dark markers for visibility in low-light conditions, and in black dial design.
Of course this piece made by "W.C.C." (Waltham Clock Company) is a top-end piece that would make a great addition to your military gear collection.
It is in perfect collectable condition, compass glass dial is clear, with very slight signs of age and wear, with no major markings on the back or sides of the compass, as well as fully functional.
You will be hard pressed to find another as preserved as this one.
Can be put and worn on a regular watch band as well.

The compass measures approximately 27mm in Diameter and 7mm Depth.
