A spacious master bedroom is available in a fully equipped, three-bedroom seaview apartment in Marsaskala.

This room offers additional privacy and is particularly suitable for a couple or two friends who prefer their own bathroom and television.

The apartment is on the second floor with no lift.

Please confirm:
1. Identity: Recent photo and valid ID card to verify at viewing/signing. If two occupants, ID for both.
2. Employment: Your line of work and whether your employment contract is definite or indefinite, for both occupants if applicable.
3. References: Previous landlord’s reference or contact number.
4. Availability: Can you view the room and pay the deposit on 29, 30 or 31 October, once the utility readings are taken, to sign the contract and inventory and move in on 1 November for a one-year lease?

Apartment details: Shared kitchen, living/dining area, kept clean after use. Two male flatmates (a Croatian chemist and an Indian college manager) have their own bathrooms. Monthly cleaning of shared areas and IPTV are included. Seaview, AC in every room and bathroom heaters.

Utilities: €50 per person monthly advance for water and electricity, reconciled against the actual bill, with any difference adjusted in the following month.
