🏡 LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM RENTAL IN ŻEBBUĠ OR SIĠĠIEWI – JANUARY 2027

I am a clean, tidy, quiet and responsible woman looking for a comfortable place to call home from January 2027.

I am interested in either of the following options:

🏠 Option 1: Private room in a female-only shared house
💶 Budget: €350 per month

🏡 Option 2: Private studio apartment
💶 Budget: €450–€500 per month

📍 Preferred locations: Żebbuġ or Siġġiewi, Malta.

I am looking for a long-term rental for at least one year, with a written rental agreement registered with the Housing Authority.

I value a peaceful and respectful living environment and always take good care of the place where I live. I am looking for a home where both the landlord and tenant can enjoy a positive and trustworthy relationship.

If you have a suitable property available from January 2027, or expect one to become available around that time, I would be very happy to hear from you.

Private landlords are especially welcome, as I am looking to rent directly without agency fees.
