This premium numismatic collectible is an official 999.0 fine silver replica of the €3.00 postage stamp issued by MaltaPost in 2018. Released on September 22, 2018, this limited-edition silver ingot commemorates the 50th anniversary of the passing of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina (1887–1968).
The intricate design replicates a painting of Padre Pio by the respected Maltese Capuchin friar Patri Krispin Tabone. The original artwork is housed in the Santa Liberata Church located in Kalkara, Malta. Strikingly detailed and crafted with high-purity silver, this piece beautifully bridges the worlds of philately and precious metal collecting.
