St Julian's, one works from home. No pets, no smoking, no parties, early
sleepers. We are looking for a long let from 1 December 2026 or 1 January 2027.

Looking for: 3 bedrooms (one used as a home office), 2 bathrooms, modern
furnishing, not ground floor, in Sliema, St Julian's, Swieqi, Gzira, Ta' Xbiex,
Pembroke, St Paul's Bay or Qawra. Up to €3,000 per month depending on the flat.

We can give references from our Maltese landlords and are ready to sign for the
right place. Owners direct preferred.
