DESCRIPTION
HSS TiAlN step drill bit with drilling diameters from 4 to 52 mm . Designed for drilling non-ferrous metals, steel sheets, and plastics.

The drill is made of high-speed steel (HSS) with improved cutting performance and wear resistance. It is coated with TiAlN (titanium aluminum nitride).

TiAlN-coated drills are particularly suitable for machining difficult-to-cut materials and for applications where the drill will be subjected to high thermal loads due to the lack of coolant or limited coolant supply. This coating significantly improves the drill's wear resistance and enables increased cutting speeds .

The drill is packed in a plastic container with a hole for hanging on a hook.
