German Professional wishing to retire in Malta is seeking to rent on a long term basis, an UNFURNISHED traditional Maltese Terraced/Townhouse or similar preferably with some characteristic features in a village core or alternatively with greenery and views. Minimum 2 bedrooms and study or 3 bedroom (one to be used as a study).
Would be willing to take on a lease from March 2026. Price bracket 850 to 950 euros monthly excluding utilities.
Would prefer dealing directly with owner.
