So, there is available 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can host 2 individuals. So the two individuals  would be sharing a room , and making use of the shared facilities with the other 4 tenants in the same masionette  being a living room, a kitchen/living and a bathroom. Rental period would be for six months subject for renewal thereafter. Monthly rent of Eur200 per person payable in advance and for the first month a refundable deposit of Eur200 rent per person and Eur40 per person against utilities is to be paid. For first payment is to be Eur240 per person deposit and Eur200 rent per person so total of Eur440 per person.
