Job Description

The Office Administrator carries out various functions within the company's office environment to make sure that the administrative duties required by the company are carried out smoothly.

One of the main duties carried out by the office administrator is related to human resources. This may include things such as hiring new staff members, coordinating benefits, and handling employee relocations. The office administrator will also help with communication efforts, which include answering and making phone calls and maintaining correspondence. The office administrator oversees various budgets within the company and makes sure that different departments are adhering to allocated budgets.

The Office Administrator will also be in charge of billing and collections efforts. Inventory duties may be carried out, in order to ensure that office supplies are always in stock. Strong computer skills are needed, including proficiency in word processing and web-based tools.

Qualifications / Experience

Job Requirements

Excellent IT & English Skills
Minimum of a University/MCAST diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience carrying out Administration specifically including book-keeping
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Able to work under pressure when needed
Clean police conduct
Use of car
