Our client, offer Audit & Assurance, Accounting, Business Consultancy and Tax services to their local and international clients. They pride themselves on providing a quality, focused and reliable service.

They are now seeking to recruit a highly organized secretary to join their team on Part-Time Basis.

Job Description

Reporting to company director, the main responsibilities include:

-Handling and directing phone calls as necessary
-Typing reports
-Issuing sales invoices through SAGE
-Organising and scheduling meetings
-Handling of any travel arrangements
-Scanning and filing
-Greeting clients
-Ensuring stationery and office supplies are kept up to date
-Going to MFSA when required
-Other se 

Qualifications / Experience

-Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required
-Excellent communication skills, primarily in the English language
-A good understanding of SAGE would be an asset
-Must be extremely organised and able to prioritise
-Have attention to detail
-Fully conversant in Microsoft Applications
-Able to work on his/ her own initiative
-Able to multitask
-Can-do attitude
-Valid Driving Licence.
