Pastry Chef – Pâtissier - Confiseur – Chocolatier - Décorateur – Glacier
The road to perfection never ends and it is what inspires us as we continue on our journey crafting innovative and high-quality international, traditional and regional delicacies which include mouth-watering desserts, chocolates, cakes, biscuits and ice cream as well as a refined ‘Street Food’ range of products.
We are well recognised for producing sumptuously famous Sicilian and Italian Rosticceria, and Pasticceria and as our project grows, we seek to broaden our base and raise the bar further.
We plan to widen our speciality range of Chocolats Fins and Pralinés, Pâtisseries Viennoises, as well as Eastern European pastry and confectionery items, and we therefore seek to employ dedicated personnel with whom we would be proud to share our art and experience with.
