Front Office Clerk

Job Details

We are looking for a smart motivated person to join our front office department.
Main Responsibilities include:
Performing general office work including telephone calls, liaising with clients and suppliers and providing speedy turnaround to their requests, typing, filing, data input, scheduling of orders, distribution of finished goods, billing and following up on payments, maintaining an organized office.

You will need to be :-
Previously experienced in a front office role
Highly efficient, organised and responsible.
Exceptional in the use of the English and Maltese language both verbal and written.
Have a pleasant and confident customer orientation.
Have a problem solving/ can do decision making attitude.
Be adaptable/flexible, disciplined and punctual.
Have great computer skills, including MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook
