Job Details

The successful candidate will be part of the Finance Department and will be mainly responsible for the credit control function within the firm. This will involve, ensuring timely payments, following up with debtors, maintaining records for overdue debts, communicating with clients about billing queries and liaising with the Senior Management team. You will also be in charge of general bookkeeping duties, such as, bank reconciliations, issuing periodic financial reports. 

Qualifications / Experience

•An understanding of technical bookkeeping
•Good Excel knowledge
•At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
•Must be in possession of an AAT Diploma or similar accounts qualification
•Able to work hard, appreciate the importance of deadlines and pull their weight when needed
•An open mind to take on new ideas and initiatives as the finance function evolves according to business needs.
