Are you looking to break into the iGaming Industry? Would you like to be part of a collaborative team? Does the idea of free fruit, beer & pizza Fridays and an on-site gym appeal to you? Would you like to play pool, table tennis, foosball or Playstation on your break?

If so, you’re in luck! Paddy Power Betfair is hiring multiple Customer Service Agents for a 9-month fix term contract.

Customer Service Agents are the first point of contact for Paddy Power Betfair customers and are responsible for answering any customer inquiries through chat, phone, email and social media.

DUTIES:
• Build & develop strong customer relationships
• Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
• Feedback recurring customer issues to Team Leader/EMT and relevant internal departments
• Contribute to the on-going development and improvement of the Paddy Power Betfair customer experience
 

Qualifications / Experience


Essential Skills & Experience:

• Full eligibility to work in Malta
• Happy to work mixed shifts between
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Excellent typing skills – speed and accuracy & computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers
• A proven team player with a can-do attitude
• Flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environment, able to multitask
• High level of c
