Customer Service Agent- Czeckish speaking


Job Details

- Provide first line customer support
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, chats, live calls
- Verify the received information/documents by following the compliance procedure
- Determine eligibility of the information/documents received and upload the relevant documentation into the system
- Respond clients queries in an efficient and effective manner
- Follow up on clients and maintain good relationship
- Working closely with other internal departments resolving customer queries

Qualifications / Experience

- Previous experience in Customer Service an advantage
- Good communication skills
- accurate eye for detail
- Honest, enthusiastic, passionate and resilient character
- Proactive
- Share good practice
- Adapt positively to business needs
