Sales Representative/office coordinator

Andrew Vassallo General Trading Ltd is seeking to expand its team and is looking to recruit a Salesperson. Due to more demand in our new showroom, we are looking for a sales representative to join our team.

The work consists of;

1. Selling construction related products.
2. Issue invoices and quotations.
3. Answer emails and telephone
4. Input data in stock system
5. keeping products in showroom up to date
6. Bring sold products from the stores

Qualifications
1. At least 'O' Level standard of education.
2. Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel is a must.
3. Assist in all daily activities and secretarial tasks.
4. Good communication skills: dealing with customers, answering, and following up of emails and calls.
5. Speaking and understanding Italian is considered to be an asset.
6. Be responsible and punctual.
7. Show initiative in all aspects.
8. To be able to work under pressure.


Applicants with construction knowledge is considered as an asset


Must speak fluent English and Maltese.
