A chef de partie, is a chef in charge of a particular area of production in a restaurant. In our kitchen, each chef de partie might have 1 or 2 cooks or assistants.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of having worked in fast paced kitchens producing high level cuisine.

You must have excellent communication skills.

You will be taking on the responsibility of a section's prep and therefore consistency and the ability to follow recipes is essential.
