We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance and be highly skilled with various hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
– Inspecting and performing maintenance jobs on-premises
– Delivering goods to clients
– Performing inventory on repair supplies
– Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized
– Installing new shelving, furniture and/or equipment
– Ensuring all safety systems are functioning properly
– Doing pest control and landscaping projects
– Performing general maintenance tasks for the building or buildings, such as solar panel washing, electrical repair, drywall repair, painting and more

Qualifications

Equirements:
– Proven maintenance experience.
– License to work fork lifter
– Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
– Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
– Experience performing routine maintenance.
– Strong organizational and follow up skills.
– Able to communicate in Maltese and English
– Can work under pressure and complete tasks within deadlines

Bonus:
– Knowledgeable in irrigation
– Knowledgeable in general plant health, including watering needs and pests.
– Able to identify plants
– Able to work flexible hours
