Operations Assistant

The Company:
Apartment management company in Malta is looking for operations’ assistant to work closely with the rest of the team to provide our customers an amazing experience on the beautiful Mediterranean island be it leisure or business stay.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Do check-ins and check-outs
- Do apartment housekeeping
- Help the management to schedule appointments with the partners (e.g. Technicians, Laundry, Leisure Services providers)
- Be present for such appointments and make sure that everything goes according to plan.
- Work hand-in-hand with the rest of the team to make sure that the work runs smoothly and the guests are provided with the highest level of service standard.
- Make sure that the guests’ requirements are met and guests feel comfortable and welcome.
- Manage records, and sort them out accordingly.
- Closely manage the guests’ inquiries and concerns and make sure that you tackle them with professionalism and after once again get their feedback on what you have done to tackle the issue.

Requirements:
- Must be a good team player and willing to work hand-in-hand with the rest of the team without hesitation.
- Attention to detail for good cleaning.
- Good communication skills and willingness to accommodate the customer.
- Good level of English language is a must, other languages are considered as an asset.
- Available at all hours and flexible working hours for check-ins and check-outs.
- Have a confident and a charismatic approach towards customers.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or cleaning is considered as an asset.
