Our new Car Rental Business located at the Airport is currently looking for an ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR for an immediate FULL-TIME position. Apply for this exciting and dynamic position with benefits and an attractive package!
Main duties shall include:
- Handling incoming bookings/reservations
- Personally dealing with customers and corresponding with clients through email
- Handling tickets
- Responding to chargebacks
- Creating and managing employee roster and overlooking employee work
- Compiling monthly accounts
- Invoicing
- Handling phone calls
- Management of the car rental reservation system
Applicants shall require the following attributes/skills:
- Be well presented and have a clean appearance
- Be polite and good with people
- Have knowledge and good command of written and spoken English
- Have good knowledge on use of email and general use of computers.
- Have knowledge of office systems
- Have basic accounting knowledge
- Have a good educational background
Previous experience in a similar industry is considered an asset.
