Administration Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Executive to join our growing Administration Department.
This a varied role, which includes:
- Coordinating any appointments and ensuring scheduling is done right for respective manager.
- Becoming the main person responsible of organising any events throughout the year.
- Carrying out general duties such as answering phone calls and filing documents.
- Becoming accountable for the upkeep of the boardroom.
- Managing company vehicles' contraventions.
- Assisting the Front Office clerk whenever required.
- Taking meeting minutes as requested by management.
- Coordinating the cleaning process within the company.
- Handling of any 'out of office' tasks.
The ideal candidate would have:
Previous experience in a similar job role for a minimum of 1 year.
Proficient user of Microsoft software and is able to navigate through Spreadsheets.
Has good verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Maltese.
Has a valid driving license B.

Qualifications
- ECDL
- At least 1 year experience working in an office.
