The Company

Krypton Chemists Ltd. is a leading supplier of medical devices disposables, consumables and materials within the National Health Service in Malta.

The company is very well established in several public procurement supply channels and is now looking to recruit a Shipping and Accounts Administrator to manage incoming consignments and client correspondence.

The Role

The candidate will be responsible to see through a consignment from order level, follow-ups, shipping and arrival as well as organise supplier and freight forwarding invoices for accounting purposes.

The successful applicant will be trained around current work processes under the Managing Director and support the supply-chain to ensure on-time delivery to healthcare entities in Malta.

Qualifications

- Naturally organised
- Understand margins and willing to negotiate with freight partners
- Communicates effectively with suppliers and end customers
- Tracks and closes orders with accurate documentation traceability
- Has previous experience in Accounts and Shipping Administration
