QUANTITY SURVEYOR

B&B Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, drawings;
• Assist in creation and management of subcontracts
• Undertake cost analysis of the project works
• Advise on a procurement strategy
• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders
• Provide advice on contractual claims
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
• Ensuring timely issue and receipt of valuations, payment notices along with critical focus on works in progress
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
• Prepare, manage and process the interim payment certificates of work completed
• Assessment of all applications for payment from subcontractors;

Candidates applying for this position must be residing in Malta.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Possess a good understanding of Windows and ACAD
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in Maltese & English
• Clean driving licence valid for the Maltese islands.
