Head chef / sous chef

We are looking to employ a head Chef/sous chef on full-time basis in our family run restaurant.

Applicants must be creative, motivated and able to speak and understand Maltese.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to menu creation;
Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue;
Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times;

Requirements:
Approaches food in a creative way;
Excellent planning and organizing skills;
Good communication skills;
Positive attitude;
Experience in a similar role
