We are seeking to employ the services of Chef de Partie on our pasta section on a full time basis.

Candidate must be strong in driving and motivating the team towards achieving maximum customer satisfaction .

In addition candidates must be:
1. Hard working, organised, smart and flexible.
2. Passionate, dedicated and creative in their work.
3.Committed to providing high quality throughout .
4. Knowledge of pasta di Gragnano.
5.Self confident with an outgoing personality.
6.Capable of working under pressure but rewarding.

A Minimum of two years experience in a busy and or high end restaurant.
