A Vacancy has risen within our team for the position of a Chef on full time basis to work mornings/afternoons from Monday to Saturday and occasional Sundays and Public Holidays. The ideal candidate, who will work within a fast lunch/production kitchen, must be dynamic and ready to work on his/her own initiative with minimum supervision. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the preparation of daily meals, including drafting of menus, stock control, and sanitary standards Knowledge of outside catering and costings is considered an asset
