CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.
- collaborate with engineers and architects;
- plan and organise construction operations
-acquire equipment and material, monitor stocks
-supervise the works of labourers, mechanics, give them guidance
-value progress and detailed reports
ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience is similar jobs
-team player with leadership abilities
-In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material project management principles
-Monitoring construction progress including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes
- Good knowledge of construction management processes
- Ability to multi-task
Priority is given to candidates with experience with electricity works, pipes (sanitation) and installation of heating and cooling equipment.
Experience required:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction project manager
