Restaurant Supervisor Full Time

A vacancy opportunity has arisen for the position of a full time Restaurant Supervisor to work at Palazzo Castelletti.

An indefinite contract of employment matching ones own salary expectations will be offered to the right candidate.

Staff travelling is also provided.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be available for evening / weekend shifts .

Duties may include but not limited to :
• Implement and maintain a high standard of service and aim for a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assume full responsibility for the supervision of personnel whilst ensuring that duties are delegated in an equitable manner.
• Take initiatives to help increase sales
• Communicate up-selling skills to staff and continuously focus on creating new ideas to improve revenue
• Ensure that correct procedures are applied during service in accordance with the food health safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure that all scheduled staff are punctual, in full uniform & adequately groomed when on duty
