Sales Assistant

Interior Outfitters is a young and fast-growing home decoration and soft furnishings company. We are looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to form part of our sales, marketing, and administration team.
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for:
• Meeting with clients and identifying what they are looking for;
• Maintaining updated and organized client files;
• Maintaining the showroom, making sure that everything is in order;
• Must coordinate with different departments when necessary.
• Preparation of quotes and follow-ups needs to be done accordingly with current and prospective clients.
• Day to day administration work might be required from time to time.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
• Be organized, flexible, able to work on own initiative and attention to detail is a must;
• Must have good interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, hard-working, and presentable;
• Must have an interest in interiors and soft-furnishings;
• Be computer literate;
• Be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Maltese, both written and verbal, will be considered an asset.
• Must be a team player;
• Having experience in Sales will be considered an asset however training will be provided.
