MG Group runs award-winning Tarragon, Caviar & Bull Malta, Susurrus, Don Royale, Dinner in the Sky Malta restaurants, and Caviar & Bull and Uncensored in Budapest.
Under the mentorship of Chef Marvin Gauci, this is a Top Management position in the MG Group, managing and leading the Head Chefs of all the kitchens of the Malta restaurants. One of the main key duties is to make sure that preparation and service of food are maintained at all times to the standards of the Group.
Qualifications
• A strong culinary background, innovative with the demonstrated ability to stay current with
new culinary trends
• Head Chef level experience ideally in a fine-dining environment
• Strong leadership skills combined with social competence
• Excellent communication skills
• Someone who enjoys leading by example and growing a team
