Monitoring portions and waste control.
Experienced to cook Pasta/Grills/Salads/Snacks
Preferable can also cook Pizza on quieter days.
Be clean and organized to work in an open kitchen.

Qualifications

Minimum of two year's working experience.
Capable of working in a fast pace environment.
Good knowledge of cooking meat and fish dishes.
Can communicate well in English or Maltese.
Ready to work on weekends and public holidays.
Have a clean Police conduct.
BE ALREADY HERE IN MALTA.
