Job details: Candidate will be reporting to the MAINTENANCE MANAGER and Senior Management a list of tasks will include but are not restricted to:



• Upkeep and maintenance of hotel property
• Ability to identity and analyse maintenance problems
• Should be customer oriented and be able to deal with guest queries.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to the hotel’s needs.
• Must be organised and works in a timely fashion.
• Repair and maintain any maintenance issues in hotel rooms and public areas
• Must be problem – solving and hands on

Qualifications

Excellent Communication in English is a must. Previous experience in a maintenance role is a must and knowledge of hotel maintenance would be considered as an asset.
