Export Sales Coordinator

Pet Nutrition House Ltd. is a very successful local Import/Export organisation who require an Export Sales Coordinator to assist with the management in their export operations.

Some of the duties will include:

- Co-ordinating the export of goods to the clients in EU, Asia and Middle East

- Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships

- Managing relationships with Freight Forwarders and negotiating favourable terms

- Receive, enter and co-ordinate customer's orders

- Contract review, order entry, preparation of shipping documentation and dealing with global based
customers by email and telephone.

- Making a booking with freight forwarders, producing all export documentation, invoices, dispatch
notes, T2L, certificate of Origin.

- Attending meetings to discuss orders with production in order to keep customers updated.

- Dealing with customer's queries, general administration and filing

Qualifications

Previous experience in the same field is an asset.

Knowledge of 'Shireburn Software' is an asset

Knowledge of 'Microsoft Office software'. is a must.

O'Level in Maths and English
