Khiron Security Ltd is looking to fill the position of an experienced Security Officer with an esteemed client located in Valletta.
We are looking for an assertive person who has exceptional customer care skills, a flair for meeting people and able to follow instructions meticulously. The role would be suitable for a security person who has previously worked in a reception or office environment.
The responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:
• Screening and frisking client’s visitors using security equipment
• Mange access control protocols meticulously
• Carry out internal patrols within the premises
• Monitor CCTV cameras
• Maintain accurate occurrence records neatly
• Handle emergency situations including fire and medical incidents
The position is best suited to individuals who are:
• Professional, well-mannered and of a pleasant disposition
• Fluent in spoken & written Maltese & English languages
• Be in possession of a valid Private Guard Licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Certified in First Aid & Basic Fire Awareness
The selected person will be expected to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday office hours only (Offices will be closed during Public Holidays)
The post will carry a monthly salary including an hourly performance allowance. The gross salary (inclusive of allowances) will be €1300 monthly.
