We are looking for a Head Chef!

His/Her role will be:
1) Maintaining a good working environment where creativity, continuous improvement and continuous criticism are the standard.
2) To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils & equipment.
3) To be highly competent in Mediterranean cuisine, pasta and fish,
4) To be willing to work in structured and supportive environment where continuous improvement is the standard.

Qualifications

Main Qualifications:
-at least 8 years of experience
-fluent in Italian and good communication skills in English language
-experienced in a La Card type of a restaurant.

Other Qualifications :
-ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
-knowledge of best cooking practices
-previous experience in running a section in a busy kitchen
-ability to work on own initiative
