We require Commis Waiters/Food Runners to work within our Group which runs Caviar & Bull Malta & Budapest, Tarragon, Susurrus, Don Royale and Dinner in the Sky Malta restaurants. Be part of an award-winning Group working for the finest in the restaurant industry.

Brief Job Description:
-Reporting to the Chef de Rang and Floor Supervisor
-Responsible for the set-up of the restaurant
-Assisting the Chef de Rang at table service
-Clearing the tables
-Ensuring courtesy to all guests at all times

Qualifications

Requirements:
-Previous job experience as a Commis/Food runner in a high-volume upscale restaurant is desirable
-Good knowledge of food and beverage
-Able to learn quickly and grow within this role
