• Proven experience in a similar position in a fine dining environment
• Possess relevant training in classical pastry techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for quality
• Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding desserts
• A real can-do and team player attitude
• A real drive and a high level of self-motivation
