Job Description
• Ensures that the items are stored in a manner that does not cause loss, wastage or damage.

• Ensures that the items are correctly priced.

• Ensures that the items are placed on the appropriate shelving.

• Ensures that the movement of each item is clearly recorded form the receiving stage to the issue stage.
• Ensures that the requisition Forms are duly signed by the authorized persons.

• Ensures the replenishment of goods in order to maintain the minimum stock levels

• Ensures that incoming goods, as well as goods on stock (especially food items) are not expired.

• Ensures that food is stored under the appropriate hygienic conditions.

• Keeps all areas clean and tidy.
