We have just refurbished our catering establishment in Marsaxlokk. If you are looking for a “Challenge” and have what it takes to be our Sous Chef; then we would like you to grow with us!!

He or She Must:-
Be already here in Malta (overseas applications will be rejected straight-away)
Be easy to work with and enjoy working with a young fun-loving team.
Be experienced in a busy working environment.
Be creative, enthusiastic, and have a passion for food.
Be organized, clean, and thorough in hygiene.
Be cost-conscious in both food and kitchen labor.
Be hands-on and a good teacher to his/her subordinates.
Be ready to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
