Furniture Installer / Delivery person
Within this Furniture Installer / Delivery person role, you will be working alongside another team member in ensuring safe delivery and installation of furniture and goods. You will be responsible for:
Transporting goods from the warehouse/showroom to clients
Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
Loading and unloading the truck, which may include heavy lifting of packages
Installing furniture according to blueprints or job tickets
Mounting cabinets and bookshelves
Preparing and cleaning up the job site
Assembling furniture as needed
Liaising with customer's queries when necessary and inform the warehouse manager of outstanding issues
Maintaining a safe and clean workspace
Education & Experience
Possess a valid Driving License Class C1
An excellent level of spoken and written English. Maltese language would be considered an asset
Previous experience working in a Driver / Installer job is a must
Currently living in Malta
