Office Clerk

Barbros Group, a well-established, major player in the local construction industry, is looking for an Office Clerk to carry out office clerical duties which include the handling of phone calls, the processing of purchase orders, the documenting of purchases and listing of payments and the keeping of various inventories related to office equipment / staff safety gear / uniforms. This post is very particular in that the required candidate will be performing duties within a construction site environment.
Office hours will be: Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm. Saturday 6am - 1pm.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have experience in Word and Excel and be presentable and friendly with outstanding people’s skills, including excellent communication in Maltese, English and possibly Italian.
