MG Group runs award-winning Tarragon, Caviar & Bull Malta & Budapest, Susurrus, Don Royale and Dinner in the Sky Malta restaurants.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Top Management team. The Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of marketing tools and strategies, plans and execute general and digital marketing campaigns, manage and update the Group websites, social media, marketing database, emails, and display advertising campaigns.

The role requires being adept at enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the Group’s websites, increasing followers on social media, using website analytical tools such as Google Analytics/ Business/Ads; ultimately generating sales leads towards the restaurants.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proven working experience in a marketing environment
• Being a strategic thinker to target advertising and optimise campaigns
• An excellent communicator, being an active listener, and having great interpersonal skills
to facilitate clear, respectful communication within the Group
• High level of technical skills to use equipment, software and online platforms
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
