Cab Drivers - Full Time

Job Summary:

Drives Y-Plate registered vehicles used for the transportation of customers on full time basis.

Responsibilities:

Pick-up customers as requested through application orders in a timely manner.
Provide customers with information about the local area and points of interest, and/or give advice on hotels and restaurants.
Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles and help them with any luggage.
Adhere to regulations governing taxi operation and ensure that passengers abide by safety regulations.
Test vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns, and windshield wipers, in order to ensure proper operation.
Notify fleet manager and mechanics of vehicle problems.
Always obey traffic laws and respect pedestrians/clients.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Transport Malta Tag is a must.
Malta/EU license B holder.
3 years plus driving experience is ideal.
Basic knowledge for mobile application based services
Basic knowledge for both directions and spelling of Maltese roads.
Cab Driving experience will be considered an asset.
Communicates well in Maltese and English (both in writing and verbally).
Flexible and Available to work on a shift basis including weekends as required.
