• Test Handler uptime – intervene on major faults
• Proper mechanical, electrical & electronic fault diagnosis on test handlers, change kits & test
sockets
• Maintains a good finishing yield with every test step / bent leads checks & RTP procedures
• Performs handler mechanical, ionizers & temperature calibration
• Leave adequate handover using the Testing Handover Database Application
• Be responsible to maintain good housekeeping & 5S principles on the testing shop floor - Work
in a safe manner and makes sure that equipment is operating safely at all times
• Test-cell uptime
• Maintain a good First Pass Yield
• Maintain setup sites to their optimum with minimal parallel loss
• Performs setup change & Kit change
• Device manual testing before starting production
• Replace brushing units and close corresponding W/R in time

Qualifications

• Possess solid knowledge of test handlers (preferably MT9510 / Delta Edge / Delta Matrix) & test instruments
• Have a solid background in industrial mechatronic systems
• Understands engineering drawings & industrial metrology
• Holds the necessary MQF level 4 certificates
• Prioritize tasks according to urgency & work load
• Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good command of English
• Be responsible and mature
• Possess an excellent exemplary record history
• Be smart, goal oriented & disciplined
• Be flexible and be able to take decisions following continuous inputs
• Be computer literate
