Sous Chef for a well-established restaurant in central Malta
We are looking for a candidate with minimum 2 years experience as a Sous chef in busy restaurant establishment
Qualification / Skills
• Must be in Malta now
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the role within busy restaurant environment
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking procedures, methods and equipment as well as local ingredients
• Leadership skills / Team leader
• Fluent English is important
